went to newton beach at porthcawl first nice swell no wind so we headed west to fresh water west. got there wind was cross on not to good massive shore break (borth on Essssssss) mast high at times both me and dez struggle to get out the back wave where lipping over and destroying you. it was a big washing machine day.
kit used was 86 goya 5 m grind. wind started to pick up at end of the day got plaining a few times on the way in.

pain of the day smashed nose and ribs also smashed nose of board. hell of a day

note never go there on a sw or any west in it best on sse but there are better place to go in that direction.
